Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Hanoi.

You’ll start your day with a scenic flight to Halong Bay, where you’ll have time to relax by the marina with a Vietnamese coffee before boarding your junk. Spend the afternoon cruising through the bay, admiring the karst scenery and enjoying an alfresco dinner on the top deck.

After a morning spent luxuriating on the ship, you’ll catch a short flight to Danang. On arrival, your private driver will take you to your beachside hotel just a short drive from Hoi An.

After a leisurely breakfast, meet your private guide for a walking tour around Hoi An’s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site of Chinese meeting halls, Japanese temples, and elaborately fronted shophouses. Afterwards, you can explore independently or return to your hotel to enjoy its ocean-view infinity pool.

Visit Hoi An’s busy morning market with a chef who’ll introduce you to local ingredients. Then, head to the Red Bridge Cookery School, where you’ll spend the afternoon preparing and tasting a wide range of Vietnam’s signature dishes.

Take a short flight to Ho Chi Minh City in southern Vietnam, where a driver will meet you for the journey to the city of Ben Tre. There, you’ll board your private sampan for a cruise through the Mekong Delta.
